Globefintec – Give your people back the work they trained for

Responsible outcome intelligence

Globefintec: give your people back the work they trained for.

A plain-English approach for business owners, CEOs and CFOs: what Globefintec does, who it helps, what it returns, and how you prove the return was real.

95%of organisations get zero return from generative AI (MIT NANDA, 2025)
74%of companies have yet to show tangible value from AI (BCG, 2024)
17%→42%of companies abandon most AI initiatives, year on year (S&P Global, 2025)
40%+of agentic AI projects forecast to be cancelled by end of 2027 (Gartner, 2025)

Most AI programmes stall between the pilot and the real process.

Three things are missing in almost every one of them, and Globefintec supplies all three.

A measurement. The saving is quoted from an industry average, so nobody can defend it when the finance director asks where it came from.
A redesign. A tool is bolted onto the process as it was, so the saving never arrives.
A written limit. Nobody wrote down what the AI may decide on its own, so it’s trusted with nothing, or with too much.

What Globefintec does and how it works

Measure the work. Redesign it. Put a signed limit on the AI. Then prove the return.

Globefintec is a methodology for adopting AI, written down in books, taught in an Academy and run on a platform. It isn’t a single AI tool. Three strands run together through every step.

Confidence

Will it work, and will it pay off? Every stage, step and task of your own operation is timed and costed. The redesign, the business case and the order to do things in come from your evidence, not a benchmark.

Delivery

Does it survive contact with the real business? The redesigned process is built, launched gradually and watched. What your people learn in the field sharpens the method, always reviewed by a person.

Ethics & Governance

Will it behave, and can we stand behind it? What the AI may decide alone and what it must hand to a person, a two-key sign-off, and the evidence a regulator, insurer or board will ask for.

The rule that runs through all of it: AI proposes. A named person decides. The AI drafts; it never signs, never sets a score and never passes a gate. Readiness is judged on your weakest area, never an average that hides it.

What you are actually getting

A virtual AI leadership team, working to your real leaders.

Four capabilities a mid-market firm can’t hire, and an enterprise can’t put in every function. They prepare and propose. Your people decide, and nothing is ever signed by a machine.

Chief AI Officer

Finds where AI earns its keep and in what order, prices it from your own measured hours, and builds a business case your leaders can sign.

Chief Ethics & Governance Officer

Sets what the AI may decide alone and what it must escalate, prepares the two-key sign-off, and keeps the evidence.

Human & Digital Resources Manager

Names which roles get time back, maps the skills that shift, and paces the change so benefit arrives as people adopt it.

Enterprise AI Architect

Decides which systems stay untouched, which retire and which consolidate, then sequences the change in waves.

What Globefintec helps you find and fix

The hidden cost sitting inside everyday work.

Most of this work is invisible because it’s spread thinly across every role. The X-Ray, Globefintec’s first measurement, makes it visible and puts a cost on it.

Re-keying and double handling

The same client, case or record typed into three or four systems.

Chasing and waiting

People chasing records, approvals and sign-offs instead of doing the work.

Systems that don’t talk

Switching between tools, reconciling by eye, working checklists by hand.

AI tools bought piecemeal

Three or four tools plugging tactical holes, none joined up, none governed.

Savings nobody can defend

Business cases built on industry averages that collapse under a CFO’s questions.

Regulator and insurer questions

No written record of what the AI may decide, and no evidence it kept to it.

Who benefits

Built for the mid-market firm, and the enterprise function by function.

Mid-market organisations. An AI leadership capability you couldn’t hire on your own, for process-heavy work where mistakes are costly. First industries: legal, accounting & tax, lending and banking, with 17 industry models ready to start from.

Enterprises, function by function. Finance, operations, HR, risk and customer service each get their own instance, AI leadership team and signed records. Each new function inherits the systems map, rules and cost base of the last, so it’s faster and cheaper to bring on, all governed as one estate.

Who usually decides: the managing partner, CEO or CFO in the mid-market; the executive who owns the function, backed by the CFO, in an enterprise. In regulated businesses, often the General Counsel or Chief Risk Officer.

Why a client would use Globefintec

What’s different from a typical AI consultant or automation tool.

Typical consultant or automation tool
Globefintec

Savings from industry benchmarks, or the vendor’s claims.

Your own work, timed and costed task by task.

Recommendations in a report, or a tool bolted onto the old process.

A process redesigned around AI and human judgement.

Control of the AI is a policy document, or the vendor’s own settings.

A signed record per process, two keys, changed only through change control.

Proof after go-live is rarely measured, or limited to counts of what the AI did.

The live process measured against what it was allowed to do, and against the signed commitment.

Your existing tools are replaced, or steered to partners.

Kept. Every tool gets the same record, governed as one estate.

What you can expect to receive

From the first measurement to a governed, live operation.

1 · The X-Ray

Every stage, step and task timed and costed. A map of what’s blocking progress, a benefit forecast, and two readiness health-checks (confidence and control) scored on your weakest area.

2 · The business case

Value at what your staff cost, not what they bill. Cost of change, payback and net present value, the order to do things in, and every figure open to its workings.

3 · Redesign and the record

Your redesigned operating model, a signed Process Configuration Record for each process, and which roles get time back and how skills shift.

4 · Live operation

Built by AYYI or an accredited partner on your existing systems. Every live process watched against its record, with change control and compliance evidence.

3,902 hrsof admin and compliance work a year measured task by task, in a 4-partner accounting & tax practice
$526,782a year to run it, at a blended $135/hr
3,363 hrslifted off people’s desks by the redesign; 539 hours stay with the team
$453,979a year of capacity released; the client has committed to $265,760 so far

Potential business returns and value

How the return is worked out, in numbers a CFO can check.

Globefintec doesn’t start with a promised saving. It starts by measuring, and every figure it produces can be opened to show where it came from.

Measured, not assumed

Every hour comes from your own operation, not an industry average.

Valued at staff cost

Savings are valued at what your people cost, not what they bill.

A realistic working day

5.5 productive hours a day over 250 days: 1,375 hours a year, not an 8-hour paid day.

Upside kept separate

What freed hours could bill is shown as upside, never inside the saving.

Every figure opens up

Twelve headline figures each open to their inputs, source and arithmetic.

Target, actual, realised

Benefit is claimed as people adopt the change (40%, 60%, 75%, 85%, then 100%), with formal reports at about 90 and 180 days.

Three real engagements, anonymised

Legal

Commercial & property practice, 6 partners, 42 staff. $691,091 of capacity released a year (4,766 hrs of 6,057 measured). Client has committed $318,750 a year. Legal judgement excluded.

Accounting & Tax

4 partners, 28 staff, 600 returns a year. $453,979 released a year (3,363 hrs of 3,902 measured). Committed so far: $265,760 a year. Technical review excluded.

Finance & Banking

Mid-market lender, 2,000 applications and 1,200 settlements a year. $2,180,021 released a year (14,065 hrs of 17,727 measured). Committed so far: $1,140,878 a year.

These figures come from real client engagements, measured and priced through our earlier manual consulting method. They show what measurement uncovers; they are not a promise of your return. Your X-Ray replaces every figure with your own.

Better decisions you can stand behind

One signed record per process. Nothing goes live without it.

The Process Configuration Record is the rulebook for one AI-enabled process. The AI can suggest answers, but a person must confirm or rewrite each one. It is signed by two of your own people, one for the outcome and one for the ethics, and after go-live it changes only through change control.

  • Outcomes you want
  • What the AI may do
  • Rules it must follow
  • Who is accountable
  • Data rules
  • How we keep watch
50 elements in three tiers set by the stakes: 35 for simple, 43 for mid-complex, 50 for complex processes. Globefintec assembles evidence for the EU AI Act, ISO/IEC 42001 and the Australian Privacy Act now, with ISO/IEC 27001, Essential Eight and SOC 2 planned. It is not the certifier: certification comes from an accredited auditor.

What happens to your people

Time comes back to roles, and the platform names whose it is.

V·A·C·E (Value Aligned Competency Evolution), Globefintec’s people-development engine, names each affected role, what it stops doing, what it grows into, and the skills that have to move. Change is paced, so benefit is claimed as people adopt it.

Horizon 1: renovate. The same role, doing the part that needed a human. A paralegal stops searching six systems to clear a conflict and stops re-keying one client into four systems.

Horizon 2: innovate. The role grows into work the business couldn’t staff before: tuning the rules the AI follows and turning each exception into a lesson.

What your organisation chart should become is your decision, taken with this evidence in front of you.

How the engagement works

From the first conversation to a live, improving operation.

1 · Agree the scope

Which processes, who decides, and what you want to achieve.

2 · X-Ray: measure

Every stage, step and task timed and costed, plus readiness health-checks.

3 · Business case: price it

Value at staff cost, cost of change, payback, and the order to go in.

4 · Redesign and set the rules

The future process, and a record for each process signed by two of your people.

5 · Go live and watch

Built on your systems by AYYI or an accredited partner, launched gradually, watched continuously.

6 · Improve

Exceptions become lessons. The next process starts from what the first one built.

Travel it with us, or on your own. We offer an executive briefing, in-person training, hands-on help through your first X-Ray and one-to-one coaching. The books, the Academy (35 modules, assessed, not just attended) and the platform are the same either way, and every decision stays yours.

What we need from you

A sponsor who owns the outcome, time from the people who do the work, access to data that shows how work flows, and two named people to hold the go-live keys.

What stays yours

Every decision. Your systems of record, never touched. Your data, under the rules your record sets. Your model: the snapshot is yours to keep.

What Globefintec is not

Not a single AI product you have to buy, not a certifier, not a promise before measurement, and not a replacement for professional judgement.

Questions clients ask

Straight answers to the questions that come up first.

Is Globefintec software or consulting?

Both, deliberately. It’s a methodology run by a platform. Our people train and coach alongside you, and you can also use it self-serve.

Do you build the AI?

Globefintec doesn’t sell you an AI product. It works with whatever tools you have or choose. The build is delivered by AYYI or an accredited partner, on your existing systems.

What does it cost?

You can start free with one process, mapped and kept current for six months. The X-Ray is a one-off fee set by the scope of what we measure. After that it’s an annual fee per process, with a light rate for mapping and a full governed rate only where AI is actually live. Enterprises are priced per function. Your Globefintec representative will give you pricing in your currency.

How soon do we see value?

The X-Ray gives you the measured picture and the business case first. Once a process is live, benefit is tracked as people adopt the change, with formal reports at about 90 and 180 days.

Will people lose their jobs?

Globefintec returns time to roles and names which role gets which capacity back, what each stops doing and what it grows into. What your organisation chart should become is your decision, taken with the evidence in front of you.

What if the AI gets something wrong?

Every exception carries a reason code, the AI must hand defined decisions to a person, the manual fallback is exercised and tracked, and a breach becomes a change-control request rather than a surprise.

How is our data protected?

Each record sets the data rules for its process: boundary, sensitivity, residency, retention and any third-party AI. An ISO/IEC 27001 information security programme for our own platform is under way, and we’ll say plainly that we’re not certified until an accredited auditor has certified us.

Where do we start?

With the X-Ray, or with one process free for six months.

Start with the X-Ray. Every number is then replaced by your own.

Measure your stages, steps and tasks, model and govern the redesign, then watch every live process against the record it was signed under.
